His background spans ERP systems, prepress, colour management, process automation, software troubleshooting, and operational efficiency across complex print production environments.
Before joining DynamicsPrint®, Andrew spent 18 years with DCM, where he held several roles across prepress, process automation, ERP administration, and enterprise resource planning. His experience includes Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Kodak Prinergy, Xerox FreeFlow Core, content creation automation, PDF editing workflows, and Microsoft D365 troubleshooting. This hands-on industry background gives him a practical understanding of the challenges printing and packaging companies face every day.
